Rack Carts
Trolleys used for placement of trays on which shaped dough is placed. Tray trolleys
are used for carriage of doughs OR for taking hold in fermentation room OR baking of dough in the oven.
Different trolley dimensions are available for different oven types and tray dimensions.
Special manufacturing is possible for determined quantities in addition to standard sizes.
